YX-T301 Diesel Stabilizer
1. Purpose
YX‑T‑301 diesel stabilizer is composed of antioxidants, dispersants, and metal deactivators, among other ingredients. It is designed to enhance the oxidative stability of diesel fuel and control the formation of gums and oxidative sediments, making it the preferred choice for maintaining color stability in catalytic diesel and other non‑standard diesel grades.
2. Performance Characteristics
● Maintain stable diesel color to ensure compliance with standards.
● Antioxidants decompose peroxides and terminate free-radical formation, thereby reducing diesel gum; dispersants rapidly disperse sediment particles, preventing fouling of diesel engine filters and fuel injectors; metal deactivators reduce the activity of soluble metal ions and inhibit their catalytic effect on oil oxidation reactions.
● At the same addition concentration, both oxidation sludge and color removal performance are significantly superior to those of comparable products.

4. Instructions for Use
The actual dosage of the stabilizer is determined by the composition of the diesel fuel. Recommended concentrations are: blended fuels, 150–300 ppm; catalytic fuels, 200–300 ppm; and other petroleum products, 200–500 ppm, based on test results.
The performance of a product depends not only on its intrinsic properties but also on the lubricant used. Prior to application, laboratory testing should be conducted to determine the appropriate dosage based on the lubricant’s compatibility.
5. Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 200-liter galvanized steel drums, with a net weight of 200 kg per drum. This product is flammable and explosive; store it in a cool, dry place, protected from fire, water, and direct sunlight. Handle with care to prevent damage to the packaging. The shelf life is one year.
