QX-212-YX Circulating Water Non-Stop System Cleaning Agent
(Metal Rust and Scale System Cleaner)
1. Purpose
This product is primarily used as a pre‑film cleaning agent in circulating water systems. It can also be employed to remove surface scale and rust from water‑cooled equipment without shutting down the system, enabling long‑term, safe operation and helping plants achieve maintenance intervals of “once every two years” or “once every three years.” It is especially well suited for non‑stop cleaning operations.
2. Characteristics
This product is primarily composed of a blend of organic acids and multiple corrosion inhibitors.

4. Instructions for Use
Based on the system’s total water volume, dose 600–1500 mg/L at the inlet of the circulating water pump in a single application, maintain the pH at 3–4, and circulate for approximately 12 hours.
5. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in fiber bags (with an inner plastic liner), with a net weight of 25 kg per bag. Store in a cool, dry indoor location; the shelf life is one year.
