　　As the sweet fragrance of osmanthus fills the air, the full moon of the Mid-Autumn Festival arrives. With the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival upon us, the leadership of the Research and Development Company paid visits to offer greetings and condolences. Fifty-seven households of retired employees, along with staff from the company’s Wuhan and Yinchuan project offices, were extended holiday greetings.
　　Leaders presented condolence payments to retired employees, extended festive greetings, and conveyed the company’s care and concern, expressing gratitude for their longstanding and significant contributions to the company’s development. At the homes of veteran employees, leaders conducted thorough inquiries into their daily lives, as well as their physical and mental well-being. The retirees, in turn, expressed deep appreciation for the leadership’s thoughtful attention during the Mid-Autumn Festival, noting that although they have long since stepped away from active work, their commitment to the company’s endeavors has never waned and that, given the opportunity, they would gladly continue to contribute their experience and expertise.

　　During this traditional festival of family reunions, there remains a dedicated group of frontline employees who work around the clock to fulfill their duties, steadfastly holding their posts. Many have left their hometowns to serve at the Wuhan Petrochemical and Yinchuan Coal Chemical enterprises. In recognition of their efforts, Zhu Tiegang, General Manager of the Design Research Company, along with Deputy General Managers Liu Yue and Wu Xinmi, and Market Management Department Manager Gong Desheng, visited the project sites in Wuhan and Yinchuan, bringing warmth and care to the employees and letting them feel the company’s concern.

　　Company leaders expressed their gratitude for employees’ hard work and encouraged everyone to press on with renewed vigor and unity. They carefully listened to the relevant officials’ plans for operations during the holiday period, urging all staff to pay meticulous attention to safety‑production procedures, avoid even the slightest sense of complacency, and ensure the successful completion of all production tasks. Employees remarked: “Thank you, leaders, for your holiday greetings. Although we are on duty and unable to return home to celebrate with our families, we still feel the warmth of home. We will certainly live up to your expectations, continue to work diligently as always, and devote ourselves wholeheartedly to our duties.”
